Outside South Africa? CIPC and SARS filings are for South African businesses (including foreign founders opening an SA company). For other countries we offer company-setup guidance: structure options, the process and who to work with locally. Full international setup packages are coming later. Book a fit call to talk it through.
Please read this first. These are administrative filing services. They do not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice. Brandcrew is not a law firm, an accounting firm or a tax practice. We do not tell you which structure you must use, and we do not promise that CIPC or SARS will accept a filing. Where specialist advice is needed, we will refer you to a qualified professional.
What the filing covers
- Company registration. A reserved name, the CoR14.3, a standard MOI, and the income tax number issued via CIPC and SARS.
- SARS eFiling. Setup and a registered representative. You confirm the details.
- VAT registration. Admin and submission only. You confirm the numbers. Compulsory VAT registration and voluntary registration follow the SARS thresholds. We do not advise you on whether to register.
- B-BBEE EME sworn affidavit. Prepared on the official dtic template. You sign it before a Commissioner of Oaths, and you remain responsible for every fact in it.
- Annual returns and beneficial ownership. We prepare and file. A new company must file its first beneficial ownership declaration within 10 business days of incorporation.
- POPIA basics. Information Officer registration on the Regulator's portal, a website privacy notice and cookie notice from a reputable template, a PAIA manual template set up for you, and a basic checklist. This is not a legal opinion. Clients who need tailored legal work are referred to an attorney.
You give us true information. You read what we draft. You sign what you must sign.
