What we offer

Website design and build; domain, email and hosting; branding (logo, brand kit, social templates); help preparing company, tax, VAT, B-BBEE and annual-return paperwork, plus POPIA basics on a website; business development consulting as general guidance; and corporate wear, branded gifts and event merchandise. Registration help is an admin and filing service, not legal, tax or accounting advice. There is no online shop. Details are on the services page. The quote for your project is the full description of that job, including any clothing or gift quantity.

Price and payment

The full price, including VAT on our fees and any other fee, is in the written quote we email you before you accept. There is no delivery fee for the digital work. Government fees are passed on at cost and carry no VAT. VAT number: 4590289049.

Payment is by EFT to the account named on the invoice, unless the quote says otherwise. We don't take card numbers on this website.

Terms, records and timing

The terms of service apply, together with the quote you accept. You can save or print both from your browser. We email you the quote, your acceptance and the invoices. Please keep those emails. We keep a copy as described in the privacy policy.

We give you a chance to correct your details before you accept: the quote is sent by email, and you reply to accept or to change it.

How long the work takes is stated in the quote. If the quote is silent, we agree a date with you before you accept. Ongoing hosting runs month to month, or for the minimum term in the quote, and can be cancelled on 30 days' written notice unless a cooling-off right applies. See the terms.

Returns, refunds and section 44

Custom website and brand work is not returned like goods in a shop. Cancellation and refunds follow the terms of service.

Where section 44 applies, you may cancel without reason and without penalty within seven days after the services agreement was concluded (or within seven days after you received goods). A refund of what you have paid is due within 30 days of that cancellation. The only charge for returned goods is the direct cost of returning them.

Section 44 does not apply where you agree in writing that the services may start during those seven days, or in the other cases listed in section 42 of the Act. If section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act applies instead, the cooling-off period is five business days for a transaction that came from direct marketing.

If we fail to make the section 43 information available, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods or services.

Security and privacy

The site is served over HTTPS. We don't store card numbers. Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy.
